Each artist shares its story about their own reason of loving Philippines:

Flores Filipinas

"The Philippines is home to some of the most beautiful native flowers. Thus, the ukulele’s design is inspired by the different flowers which thrive in the country, such as gumamela, sampaguita, and anthurium."

Adrift

by Hersley Casero

"There are more than 7107 reasons to love the Philippines. Reasons as deep as the ocean, and as colourful as all that call it home. Some reasons fill your ears, some your belly, but most, your heart. You can fall in love with her as fast as a ceres bus, and stay as long as a whale. Her people are bamboo in tropical typhoons, and sunrise warmth and vibrance. No man is an island, but has a million brothers and sisters. These are the reasons we love the Philippines, as honest as the day is long."

Warm Embrace

by Kat Banay

"I love the fact that the Philippines has so many beaches. They are beautiful and easily accessible. Most locals find it enjoyable to relax with a natural breeze and the sound of the waves in the sea under the shade of coconut trees and this is easy to find in this country. The beach brings out smiles and memories and simply a great happy feeling which we all need in our lives."

Tabing-dagat

by Kat Banay

"This concept is combined with the Filipino language represented by words that pertain to common beach scenes in the Philippines."

The ukulele art illustrates in a pop art collage colourful world of some of the Philippine brands, that become part of our everyday life here in the Philippines and around the world."
